We stock both the standard and the new FINE edition, with smaller gauge holes. Caution must be taken as they are thin and can bend easily. Produces a very clean, sweet cup with minimal to no fine particles passing through.

This is a 600mL cold brew slow dripper. Its stunning form is constructed out of interlocking bamboo with hand blown glass bowls. It incorporates a twin valve control system to add increased complexity to potential brewing parameters and control over the pre-infusion process.

This slow drip method can allow for extractions that take from between 4-10 hours. The flavour is rich and complex and offers a completely different view of a given coffee. We recommend a filter roast of one of our Single Origins for a great display of flavour and nuance.
